Pop-electronica band, ColorFire, is taking Nashville, TN by storm. ColorFire is composed of Landon Austin on guitar and vocals, Justin Ebach on keys and vocals, and Aaron Lagrone on drums. The guys met white attending Belmont University in Nashville. On November 23, 2009, ColorFire released their first EP and surpassed the 20,000 free download mark within the first month. A few months later, in March 2010, they released a self-titled, full-length album on iTunes.
ColorFire is fortunate to have been promoted nationally by well-known, nationally-syndicated radio host, Kidd Kraddick through his MakesYouCooler.com spot, and on June 16, 2010, they were chosen by Coldplay to be on the front-page of Coldplay’s website, where their video, “One Way Love,” was displayed.
Due to their success from Kidd Kraddick and Coldplay, ColorFire has had thousands of views on their youtube, and has become well-known for their viral marketing techniques. They have shared the stage with such artists as Hanson, The Undeserving, Rooney, After Edmund, and Anthem Lights.
